The Daiku chair is designed like calligraphy. Our shades are thought of as a range of watercolors, both rich in pigments to provide intensity, and transparent to highlight the wood grain. We use solid oak, walnut or ash, shaped in our workshops where traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques come together. Each unique piece of furniture is handcrafted with precise textures and assemblies, adhering to the strictest durability standards. We minimize the use of glue and only use water-resistant products.
Victoria Magniant, is a multidisciplinary designer based in Paris. Her approach is marked by a refined and poetic aesthetic, which reveals the intrinsic beauty of the material. Inspired by Brancusi, Noguchi and Sanaa, she nurtures a subtle dialogue between cultures and eras. Her work is introspective, functional, and deeply sculptural.
